Registration for the 2024 - 2025 opens August 1, 2024.

To Register your child/children, in paper please fill the forms below, and return to the parish office along with your payment.

The Fees are:

Kinder & Pre-Communion -

Confirmation-

(This choice automatically registers the student in Confirmation and SHOCK.)

Pre-Confirmation is for students in the 9th Grade,11, 12 SHOCK Youth Ministry -
