Please Note: The distribution of Ashes will be modified throughout the world.  
1) The priest, deacon, or minister will not mark the forehead. Rather, the ashes will be sprinkled on the top of the head.

2) The priest will say only once to the assembly "Repent, and believe in the Gospel" or "Remember that you are dust, and to dust, you shall return".

3) Then the priest and the other ministers will sprinkle the blessed ashes on the head of each person saying nothing.
